Drawing requirements depend on the project. AAA can review the scope and help determine whether architectural, structural, engineering, or permit documentation may be required.

Permits are not automatically included unless specifically identified in the written proposal. Permit requirements, fees, plans, engineering, and inspection coordination should be stated clearly for each project.

Yes. Projects can be organized into phases based on priority, budget, construction sequence, and property goals.

Any work outside the approved scope should be documented, priced, and approved in writing before additional work proceeds.
